Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship only within India. Delivery depends on pincode serviceability by our logistics partners.
Q: Do you ship outside India?
A: No. International shipping is not available at this time.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 0–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–8 business days depending on your location and courier partner.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available on select pincodes depending on courier serviceability.
Q: Are there any shipping charges?
A: Shipping is free across India.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Q: Which items are non-returnable?
A: Some products such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, digital products, and certain personal care items are non-returnable. Category-specific exceptions are mentioned on the product page.
Q: How do I request a return or report a damaged item?
A: Email support@dealzcart.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, clear product images, and an unpacking video. Returns are accepted only after approval.
Q: Will any charges be deducted from my refund?
A: If a return is approved for a correctly delivered, non-defective item, a reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges and COD charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Q: How and when will I receive my refund?
A: Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
