What can be returned, how to request it and when refunds arrive.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Some products such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, digital products, and certain personal care items are non-returnable. Category-specific exceptions are mentioned on the product page.
Email support@dealzcart.in within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, clear product images, and an unpacking video. Returns are accepted only after approval.
If a return is approved for a correctly delivered, non-defective item, a reverse shipping charge of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges and COD charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
