Refund and Returns Policy

At DealzCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

“Dealzcart.in is an official online venture of Beauty Basket DLS and is operated under our parent firm Darshan Lal & Sons. With a legacy of trust more than 26 years, we are committed to bringing you 100% original products directly from our physical store located at SCO 410, Panchkula.”
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The item is missing parts or accessories
📌 To be eligible:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof such as photos/videos may be required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Personal care / hygiene items (if opened)
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@dealzcart.in (replace if needed)
- Share:
- Order ID
- Issue description
- Photo/video proof
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on return shipping
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- ✅ Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- ✅ Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
💳 Refund timeline:
- Processed within 3–7 business days after approval
- It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider
Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement if:
- The product is damaged/defective
- Wrong item delivered
📦 Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled
Refunds for canceled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 3–5 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider

- Refunds are processed only after verification and quality checks
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side
